Main responsibilities:
- Being a good listener as you create PCB design. Considering the input from customer design, optical or mechanical teams, customer technical specifications. The aim is to achieve the optimized designs in terms of quality, feasibility in life series and cost aka the best
- Analyzing the validation plan for electronic parts and filling all the documentation for said parts requested by the customer
- Being a driver for change by identifying and integrating new solutions, including new requests from our customers, specific for the exterior lighting field
- Designing, calculating, simulating, assessing the risks and testing of the hardware schematics
- Creating the manufacturing data for the suppliers, support for industrialization
- Playing nice with the internal and customer development team
Requirements
- University Degree (e.g.: Electronics, Telecomunications, Computer Sciences)
- Proven Experience in Design of electronical parts (pcb layout), wiring diagrams specific for automotive industry; automotive lighting previous experience will be highly valuated
- Good understanding of the PCB manufacturing process
- Proven experience in analysis of the technical specification from OEM, necessary for electronical design and implementation in design electronical drawings
- Teamwork, good communication capabilities both internally and with external partners
- Fluent English speaker, German or French represent an advantage
- Available for business trips
